Vehicle Parking:
Parking may be available to attendees for convenience. However, event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any damage to or loss of vehicles, theft of personal belongings, or accidents that occur in or around the parking area. Attendees are responsible for securing their vehicles and belongings and exercising caution when entering or exiting the premises.

General Liability Waiver:
Attendance at this event is voluntary and at your own risk. Photography, Videography, and Media Release:
This event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for documentation, promotional use, and media distribution, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, print, and broadcasts. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your likeness, image, or voice in these materials without compensation or prior notice.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform an organizer in advance. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion in group or public footage.
